Built in techniques and algorithms allow the BurnerLogix to learn the characteristics of the fuel being burned and set its internal thresholds to optimize detection under all conditions. An adaptive IR system reacts to shut down the burner properly and safely. ‘Revert-to-pilot’ feature can increase a burner’s turndown capability.

With keypad selectable parameters, most applications requirements are easily solved with one programmer module type, resulting in lower spare parts inventory. A pigtail wiring base saves time and labor, making upgrading existing installations easy and quick.

Fireye BurnerLogix™ ZB Controls expand on the standard BurnerLogix Y System by combining boiler control functions with the same burner management control found in the Y system.

The BurnerLogix ZB110 System provides proper burner sequencing, ignition, and flame monitoring protection on automatically ignited oil, gas, and combination fuel burners.

In conjunction with limit and operating controls, the Flame-Monitor E110 programs the burner/blower motor, ignition, and fuel valves to provide for proper and safe burner operation. The control also provides current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown.

• A non-volatile memory to remember its history and present position even when power is interrupted.
• A constant flame signal read-out via display module
• Read-out of main fuel operational hours and complete cycles via display module.
• Modbus communications via RS485 multi-drop link.

Fireye MicroM Series Flame Safeguard Controls are compact, microprocessor based, modular burner management systems designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment.

The MicroM, using micro-controller technology, incorporates smart diagnostic LED’s, smart reset function for multi-burner applications, optional alpha-numeric display output (ED510), and serial communications via a Modbus or E500 Communication Interface.

Fireye BurnerPRO™ provides proper burner sequencing, ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas fuels.

BurnerPRO Flame Safeguard (BP110UVF/BP230UVF) Controls, with integrated flame safeguard and boiler control operation, provide simplified operation for single point applications.

The BurnerPRO System is designed for use in non-permanent operations that require burner recycle at least once every 24 hours. Seven SMART LEDs provide current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown
