SUREFIRE II™ – GAS PILOTS

“Fireye® SureFire II™ Gas Pilots are a reliable and effective source of ignition for oil and gas burners in a wide variety of industrial applications”.

SUREFIRE II™ SP-200 FORCED DRAFT GAS PILOTS (32MM)

Fireye SureFire II™ Type SP-32-NG/PG-FD Forced Draft Gas Pilots incorporate a “protected primary combustion zone” which allows the ignition process to begin inside the guide tube, away from the burner environment, resulting in extremely stable and reliable operation. Unit design provides a stable flame and ignition repeatability with a low demand for combustion and cooling air while firing Natural Gas (NG), Propane Gas (PG), or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

The SureFire II, SP-32-NG/PG-FD can operate as an intermittent (light-off) or as a continuous pilot in Class 1, 2, and 3 service.

Sources of pilot ignition are High-Energy Spark Igniters (HESI) or High-Tension Igniters (HTI) equipped with the ignition rods with an outer diameter up to 16mm.

SUREFIRE II™ SP-300 NATURAL DRAFT GAS PILOTS (32MM)

Fireye SureFire II™ Type SP-32-NG/PG-ND Natural Draft Gas Pilots incorporate a “protected primary combustion zone” which allows the ignition process to begin inside the guide tube, away from the burner environment, resulting in extremely stable and reliable operation. Unit design provides a stable flame and ignition repeatability with a low demand for combustion and cooling air while firing Natural Gas (NG), Propane Gas (PG) or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Combustion air flow is adjusted by sliding (open/close) the outer air sleeve which is fixed by a thumb screw.

The SureFire II, SP-32-NG/PG-ND can operate as an intermittent (light-off) or continuous pilot in Class 1, 2, and 3 service.

Sources of pilot ignition are High-Energy Spark Igniters (HESI) or High-Tension Igniters (HTI) equipped with the ignition rods with an outer diameter up to 16mm.

SUREFIRE II™ SP-500 NATURAL DRAFT GAS PILOTS (48MM)

Fireye SureFire II™ Type SP-48-NG/PG-ND Natural Draft Gas Pilots incorporate a “protected primary combustion zone” which allows the ignition process to begin inside the guide tube, away from the burner environment, resulting in extremely stable and reliable operation. Unit design provides a stable flame and ignition repeatability with a low demand for combustion and cooling air while firing Natural Gas (NG), Propane Gas (PG) or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
